Start your day in Ottawa at the famous Byward Market; one of the best ways to learn about a city is to explore its neighbourhood food markets, discover local produce and dishes, and meet area chefs and food artisans. Your local guide will introduce you to some of gastronomy’s big names and little knowns in the city’s most historic neighbourhood –experience the market as locals do.

After some time relaxing and enjoying the city, you’ll certainly be hungry, so we’ll treat you to a Five Course Tasting Menu with Wine Pairing* by Executive Chef Yannick Anton, originally from the South of France, at the world-famous Le Cordon Blue Bistro @Signatures, a 5-diamond Restaurant on the grounds of the Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute, Canada’s only campus for Le Cordon Bleu!

Whether you had a good-nights rest or a night out on the town you’ll appreciate some well deserved time at Nordik Spa.
