A short streetcar ride brings you to West Queen West, affectionately dubbed Queer West for its hip and artistic vibe. Westin Harbour Castle – overlooking Lake Ontario and Toronto Islands, this is the perfect location for those wanting to spend some time at Sugar Beach, Harbourfront, or one of the exclusive Culinary Canoe Adventure to Toronto Island or RuPaul’s Celebrity Drag Queen Boat Cruise. Magnificent lake and city views, and Toula’s revolving rooftop restaurant is a hidden gem.

1 Harbour Square  

Bond Place – centrally located in the downtown core, this intimate hotel property is economically priced, and close to all the action in the Church-Wellesley Village, as well as the festivities happening at Yonge-Dundas Square. You can also be watching the Parade roll down Yonge Street within a five minute stroll.

65 Dundas Street East

Eaton Chelsea – this recently renovated property is just off Yonge Street, putting you smack dab in the action right at your door. It’s the largest hotel property in Toronto, and the rooftop pool area makes for a nice break from the Pride festivities. It’s also one of the only hotels with outdoor balcony access, with some offering a glimpse of the Parade from the comfort of your room.

33 Gerrard Street West  

Omni King Edward – historic property offering luxury in a quieter section of the city along swanky King Street East. Ideally situated between downtown, Queen West, and Church-Wellesley Village, this hotel is suited for any King or Queen who wants to be treated like royalty while in Toronto. It’s a frequent habitat of celebrities as well, so have your camera ready.

37 King Street East  

Holiday Inn Downtown – you can’t stay any closer to the Church-Wellesley Village than at this budget hotel. The onsite pool and fitness centre makes it easy for you to refresh and rejuvenate before jumping right back in the action. You’ll also be steps from the Parade route running down Yonge Street, as well as connections to the underground PATH walking and transit systems to easily get where you need to be quickly.

60 Carlton Street  

Strathcona – this independently owned hotel has kept up with the times, combining both style and substance at an affordable price. The downtown location is kitty-corner to Union Station, making it easy to catch local or regional transportation destinations. Walking distance to the new Ripley’s Aquarium and the King Street Theatre District. Both rooms and suites are available to meet your needs.
